The ECRX20 series corrugated resistors use ceramic tubes as the framework. Two terminals are led out
from the ceramic, and corrugated alloy resistance wires are evenly wound on the surface of the ceramic
tubes, which are coated with high-temperature insulating paint. While the ceramic tubes serve as the
framework of the resistors, they also have the function of heat dissipation. This product is suitable for
simulation load tests, discharge equipment, automatic control, energy consumption braking
of frequency converters, etc.
It is made of specially designed vertical corrugated flat wire through firing, with a tight bond and good
heat dissipation. The surface is coated with high flame-retardant and high-temperature resistant
insulating paint, capable of operating at temperatures up to 500℃ without noise, interference,
or generating harmful magnetic fields to people. It is easy to install and can be customized with
resistance boxes, matching various brands of frequency converters.
