In recent years, our country has introduced a series of supportive policies for the mechanical and
 electrical industry, which has developed rapidly, especially the progress of frequency conversion
 technology has been more obvious. However, when a frequency converter is in use and there is a fault,
 various codes will appear. Today, we will introduce the fault codes of Yaskawa frequency converters to

1. uv1: This fault code indicates that during the low-voltage operation of the main circuit, the main 
circuit voltage is lower than the low voltage elimination standard. After such a problem occurs, 
the main thing is to check the power supply voltage and wiring A.



2. dc: This fault code indicates that the low-voltage detection standard is abnormal.



3. uv2: This fault code indicates that the control loop voltage is lower than the detection standard for 
low voltage. After the problem occurs, the main task is to check whether the capacity of the power
 supply is normal.



4. uv3: This fault code indicates that the pre-charged contactor a is open-circuited when the internal 
electromagnetic contactor is in operation.



5. uv: This fault code indicates that the DC voltage is below the detection standard for low voltage.
 The solution to the problem after it occurs is to pre-charge the contactor.



6. oc: This fault code indicates that the output current of the overcurrent inverter exceeds the
 oc standard. After the problem occurs, the main task is to check whether the impedance rescue 
of the motor is normal.



7. gf: This fault code indicates that the grounding current on the output side of the frequency converter 
exceeds 50% of the rated current of the frequency converter. After the problem occurs, the main task 
is to check whether the insulation of the motor has cracked.



8. ov: This fault code indicates that the DC voltage of the overvoltage group circuit is higher than the 
overvoltage elimination standard. The solution after the problem occurs is to extend the deceleration 
time and install a braking controller.
